Bestinghouse is offer holiday homes in a good location in Grímsnes Iceland.

The plots are private plots, about 5,000 square meters in size. The houses are about 120 square meters in size and there will be a possibility of having thrity sqm conservatory that can be added later, if desired.

Bestinghouse also offers to build similar houses for those who are interested in the houses. The houses come ready to be installed on top of the floor. We can take care of all the work for those who choose to do so. We provide all the drawings and once they have been approved, we order the houses, which take about three months to get to the country and then there is enough time to get everything ready to start when they arrive.

We also offer very suitable guest houses that can also be used as small summer homes.  Very suitable houses as an addition where more accommodation is needed.  These houses are ideal for those that are renting out houses to tourists.
